At Metanym, we have long believed in excellent customer service, and now there’s an App for that!
The Metanym Customer Service App is available for iOS, Android and Windows mobile devices, and allows our customers access to the following customer service features:
Support Requests: Within the app, you can raise a new Support Request, whether it be for a non-functioning email account, a training-related issue, or just to tell us how nice we are! Support requests can be commented on by us and you, and their status reviewed.
Projects: See the status of, and the next task for, any current and past projects we are working on for you. This links direct to our internal business management system, so what you see is what we see!
Quotes: See any quotes we have produced for you, and request, accept and decline quotes (although hopefully not the latter 
)
Invoices: See details of your invoices from us, including historical ones, and even pay them online via the app with your credit/debit card.
